Girls Like Us: Carole King, Joni Mitchell, Carly Simon

I’ve been on a nonfic kick since I finished The Fountainhead last month and this bio about three taboo-smashing songbirds topped my must-read list. It made me realize how challenging the music industry was for women in the 1960s and 70s (and I loved the behind-the-scenes gossip).
